• Permanent exclusion cannot be reversed on the same phone number.

Account Balance When You Self‑Exclude

• Any available balance is returned promptly—usually within 48 hours—via your original deposit method, Venmo, PayPal, or paper check.
• If KYC verification is incomplete, you must finish verification to receive funds (see Terms of Use for details).
